A Single-Breath Gratitude Meditation

As some of you know, today (22 December) is my birthday, and so I came up with this variation on the single-breath meditation I posted previously: On a slow, full in-breath, think “Thank.” On the slow, full out-breath, think “You.” Repeat as needed, feeling gratitude with, and for, every breath. :)
